Return and Exchange Conditions
We at Kexpresso are committed to providing you with the highest quality coffee. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we will be happy to assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team at support@kexpresso.com.
and provide the following:

A clear description of the issue

Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
Upon review, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. We may request that you return the original item to us.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Refund Process

Refunds will only be issued for payments made for orders that have been successfully canceled before shipping.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
